YOUTH FITNESS

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

In this training program, we are taking young athletes to the next level using a research-based approach to help them improve their resiliency and maximize on their athletic potential. Our training methods are intended to develop well-rounded athletes who understand how to lift weights correctly, perform skills well, and avoid injuries in their sport of choice.

Month-to-month membership is $85/month for unlimited classes

ASSESS

Each athlete goes through an initial fitness assessment where we evaluate their individual movement signature. This screen gives us data on their flexibility, stability, core stability, and full body strength and allows us to customize our program to meet their skill level.

TRAINING

Our group meets at 4pm on Monday and Wednesday each week for a 60-minute session.

SKILLS

Each session consists of a dynamic warm-up, strength, agility, flexibility, explosiveness, speed, and injury prevention training.
