YOGA (ALL LEVELS)

Bring your yoga practice to a whole new level with this unique flow taught by one of our amazing yoga instructors

SWIMMERS DRYLAND

At-home training specific to the needs of the swimming athlete. We have worked with elite swimmers for a very long time and in this class, we will take you through full body strength and conditioning to keep you primed and ready to perform in the water.

RUNNERS CROSS TRAINING

At-home training specific to the needs of the running athlete. This full body cross training class is a great way to stay strong and injury-free for runners of all skill levels.

BODY CARE & MOBILITY

A blend of guided foam rolling, active stretching, and breath work to keep you moving and feeling great. 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

In this HIIT style class, we will take you through a full body strengthening routine that you can perform any where with little-to-no equipment.

MIND & BODY REBOOT

20-minutes of light stretching and breath work to bring your mind and your body back to balance.
