HOW DO I LOG INTO A LIVE CLASS?

First, you will need to have a Zoom account 

After logging in you will request to join a meeting using our Zoom ID and Password

This information is posted on our main page and it gets updated frequently so please become familiar with where to find it.

WILL WE BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE ZOOM INFORMATION CHANGES?

No, and this is exactly why we ask that you become familiar with the portal. Please try your best to sign in and navigate through it. If you ever have questions, we are here to help!

 

WHY WON’T THE ZOOM RECORDING LINK WORK?

This is because the recordings are accessible for 24 hours after class. Luckily, we offer many classes so you won’t have to wait too much longer until there is a new recording to share!

 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL TRAINING PORTAL?

You will need to visit our website, and sign in to your account by clicking the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the page. Once logged in, hover over the “Online Membership” button in the top left hand side of the page, and select “Virtual Training Portal”. Here you are - scroll through and enjoy all the helpful resources!

 

CAN I JOIN A TRAINING PROGRAM ANYTIME?

Yes! This is the beauty of these programs. They are self guided, therefore you can start and accomplish them whenever suits you best. We recommend reviewing the program (or however much is released) thoroughly to prepare and set yourself up for success!

 

ARE THESE TRAINING PROGRAMS FREE?

Yes! As a paying member you have free access to these comprehensive programs. Along with all the resources we are offering (book, podcast, and recipe suggestions, prerecorded series, live or recorded classes, etc.)

 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET MY FRIENDS / LOVED ONES TO SIGN UP?
