This e-book provides basic guidelines and resources for nutritional programs that have been shown to be effective for reducing body fat, building lean muscle, and improving physical performance. It is our hope that our clients experiment and take control of their nutrition to better understand their body and overall health. This book is not meant to advise or cater to any specific food sensitivities, intolerances, or unique micronutrient demands. This book is not meant to cure illness or disease.
