What's in the book?

This e-book provides basic guidelines and resources for nutritional programs that have been shown to be effective for reducing body fat, building lean muscle, and improving athletic performance. It is our hope that our athletes take initiative to experiment and take control of their nutrition to better understand their bodies and improve their performance. It is not meant to advise or cater to any specific food sensitivities, intolerances, or unique micronutrient demands. This book is not meant to cure illness or disease. 

We are all unique snow flakes

We are very aware that all humans have unique biochemistry and nutritional needs. We do recommend getting in touch with a registered dietitian for a basic assessment of any macro or micronutrient deficiencies or hormonal imbalances that you may impact your health. We refer our patients to Eat2Perform for evaluation and guidance for individual nutritional needs.
