This e-book provides basic guidelines and resources for nutritional programs that have been shown to be effective for reducing body fat, building lean muscle, and improving physical performance. It is our hope that our clients experiment and take control of their nutrition to better understand their body and overall health. This book is not meant to advise or cater to any specific food sensitivities, intolerances, or unique micronutrient demands. This book is not meant to cure illness or disease.

We are aware that all humans have unique biochemistry and nutritional needs. We recommend getting in touch with a registered dietitian for a basic assessment of any macro or micronutrient deficiencies or hormonal imbalances that you may impact your health.
Sleep is one of the most important but least understood aspects of our life, wellness, and longevity. Until very recently, science had no answer to the question of why we sleep, or what good it served, or why we suffer such devastating health consequences when we don't sleep. Compared to the other basic drives in life—eating, drinking, and reproducing—the purpose of sleep remained elusive.
