HOW TO SET-UP
YOUR HOME WOROUT
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED FOR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
1) HAND WEIGHTS (2)
This should be a light-medium weight for you.
A fit 150lbs male could use 25-35lbs
A fit 120lbs female could use 15-20lbs
2x Water bottles
2x Wine bottles
2) LARGE WEIGHT
This should be a medium-heavy weight for you.
A fit 150lbs male could use 35-50lbs
A fit 120lbs female could use 20-30lbs
1x backpack filled with whatever you have
3) Yoga Mat + Space
You will need a little bit of room (10 x 10ft) to complete your workout and a pad of some sort - whether that is a yoga mat, carpet, etc. That is up to you!
